***Swim---1/2 mile distance, clear water, out & back along roped off coarse, water safety personell assisting, one wave beach start.
***Bike---18 mile distance, flat coarse, quiet blacktops, road markings, road personell assisting, ghost town turnaround.
***Run---4 mile distance, one mile loop coarse around Rudd Lake, colored batons relay will help you and staff determine your remaining laps.

***Cost---Individual=$30.00 / Team=$55.00 / Race Day Registration 7 - 7:45 a.m. (Add $5 ind. - $10 team)
***All pre-registered participants will receive gift.
