We started budgeting and planning immediately. Gary, the current owner, was kind enough to give us permission to be and work on the property before everything was finalized. The following are pictures from our first walk though.

And so with the help of family members we started making countless number of trips to the burn pit with the junk that was left in the house.
We had only been working a few days when a local sheriff that stopped by one afternoon. It turns out last fall they had busted a meth lab in the house. This really didn't surprise us based on all of the trash we were hauling out.
